HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn: 79 SERVICE ERROR
79 Service Error на принтера модели LaserJet Pro 400 M401 часто возникает при отправке на печать поврежденного документа. Ошибка лечится очисткой очереди печати.
Сперва убеждаемся наверняка что проблема в документе. Для этого отсоединяем Ethernet И USB кабели и перезагружаем принтер. Ошибка должна пропасть.
Если ошибка пропала, очищаем очередь печати (как это сделать написано здесь: Очистка очереди печати принтера.) и подключаем провода обратно.
Забавно что в руководстве пользователя в качестве решения проблемы предлагается перезапустить принтер, что, как не трудно догадаться, не помогает. Сервисный и пользовательский мануалы можно взять отсюда: Сервисные мануалы для принтеров и МФУ.
