Очистка очереди печати принтера.

Проблема типа: "Все пропало, у нас не печатает принтер!" в большинстве случаев решается очисткой очереди печати принтера. Ниже приведены несколько способов данной процедуры начиная с очистки средствами Windows заканчивая простеньким батником.

1. Очистка средствами Windows.

Для очистки очереди идем

Панель управления -> Устройства и принтеры -> нужный принтер -> в главном меню: Принтер -> Очистить очередь печати.

Или же выделяем все документы и удаляем.

2. Ручная очистка.

Если после данной процедуры документы из очереди не пропадают, удалить их можно вручную:

Панель управления -> Администрирование -> Службы -> Диспетчер очереди печати (Windows spooler) -> Остановить.

Удаляем все файлы из папки C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS. (Путь к папке не зависит от разрядности операционной системы.)

Панель управления -> Администрирование -> Службы -> Диспетчер очереди печати (Windows spooler) -> Запустить.

3. Bat-файл.

Процесс ручной очистки можно автоматизировать нехитрым батником (скачать bat-файл):

net stop spooler
del "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*.*" /f /s /q
net start spooler

Батник нужно запускать от имени администратора.
